If you receive a damaged, mislabeled or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Similarly, if you believe your order has been lost in transit, please notify us no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date.

If your order seems lost in transit, please wait a few more days as it may simply be stuck at a stage of delivery. If the package still does not arrive, contact us no later than 15 days after the expected delivery date. If the address provided when ordering was correct, we will issue a full refund. If the address was incorrect, the package will be returned to our return address, and we will contact you to obtain the correct address. If we do not receive the returned package, you will need to submit a new order to replace the original.
